MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY

We order all merchandise to be available well before each catalogue is published. However, we may sometimes experience greater than expected demand for an item or an unforeseen delay in shipment to us. Should an item be delayed, you will be immediately advised at the time of your order, of the shipping date. You will not be charged until we ship your order. We suggest you order early to avoid possible delays.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery will be made within 5-7 business days if shipped from the US.
Within 14 days, or sooner, if shipped from the UK.

RETURNS

If items are broken or unsatisfactory, returns must be made within 21 days of receipt of goods. Please ship your package to us via insured and prepaid US Mail or UPS.
